Must Have
Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories either for a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company, Excellent listening and communication skills, has an uncanny ability to make internal colleagues and clients feel understood, Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications, Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking exceptional emotional intelligence understanding of project management and data analysis critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Exceptional research and reporting skills, Exceptional use of judgement and discretion, Able to read, write, and fluently speak and comprehend the English language
What You'll Do.
Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects
Translate project plans into action and results
Lead and manage all aspects of designated protocols
Accountable for overall project performance and client satisfaction
Provide internal consulting on project management issues
Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement
Monitor operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budget
Prepare and maintain process documents
Mentor junior Project Managers
Lead projects from conception through close-out
Ensure detailed planning and execution
Manage communication and stakeholder management
Control scope and cost
Create and manage project timelines
budgets and revenue goals
Compare to contracted project scope(s)
Explore new ideas that optimise quality and efficiency
Maintain detailed daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities
Delegate responsibilities to carry out contracted work activities
Lead implementation of new and ongoing studies
Coordinate the development and implementation of new projects
and report on project timelines
Communicate with clients and collaborators with regards to data management
Respond in a timely manner to all events
Coordinate data gathering
Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings
Prepare reports and correspondences to clients
Meet all revenue objectives assigned to projects
Evaluate contract/project budgets monthly and report unexpected variances
Create/track/report relevant metrics for business and project measurement
Identify out of scope projects
Escalate findings and action plans to appropriate parties
Manage all tasks in an efficient and timely manner
and evolve all documentation associated with project(s) to approvable status
Assess and mitigate technical
Ensure that work product complies with design and performance standards
regulatory environment and client expectations
Enforce standards applicable to each step in project execution
and assist in resolution of operational issues
Monitor assignments and adjust priorities and work schedule to meet deadlines and provide high quality deliverables
Complete additional tasks needed in support of project
client and departmental objectives
