The Engineering & Project department makes a vital contribution to this endeavor: It holds the responsibility for the strategic advancement of the site and all capital investments in buildings and facilities (CAPEX). This encompasses complex construction projects as well as the realization of infrastructure and modern process plants in the areas of production and research. In all our activities, we place particular emphasis on sustainability, safety (SHE), quality, and cost-effectiveness. ### The Opportunity As Project Manager you are responsible for: * Accountable that the project design and execution meets project objectives outlined in the approved Credit Application, URB, URS, project charter, PEP (scope, functionality, capacity, cost, schedule, SHE, sustainability, maintenance & reliability, quality, construction safety) * Establish, onboard and lead the engineering team, coordinate their activities and acquire the necessary resources * Ensure compliance with corporate and site directives / SOP’s, local laws and building codes * Implement project controls (scope, cost, schedule, progress, risk, change mgmt.) and ensure monthly cost and schedule forecast of the project (PMR) from PI to HO * Report project status, key issues and corrective actions to project SC on a regular basis ### Who you are: * Bachelor or Master/University degree in engineering, construction, etc. * Min 5-10 year
