**_Responsibilities:_** * Full coordination of the EAST projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) * Preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource plans * Ensuring effective collaboration between the involved departments * Preparation of status reports and presentations on the project for management * Independent handling of operational tasks, supporting daily operations * Active participation in coordination activities and relieving management in decision-making * Application of LEAN tools and methodology (process improvement, waste reduction, standardization) * Identification of risks and deviations arising during the projects, development of solution proposals, and tracking of necessary actions * Continuous improvement of operational and project processes, identification, and sharing of effective solutions within the team ** _Requirements:_** * University degree in engineering, economics, or a related field * 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management (experience in a commercial environment is an advantage) * High proficiency in the practical application of LEAN tools and methodology * Confident, active English language skills both spoken and written * Strong organizational skills, systemic thinking, and structured working style * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in parallel * Good communication skills * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, ability to work independently * Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) **_We offer:_** * Stable employer background, long-term job opportunity * Full-time employment * Competitive salary, fringe benefits and cafeteria package * Life1 Fitness membership, team-building events * Opportunities for personal and professional development in a multinational environment * Dynamic, motivating and supportive team atmosphere with international professional relationship If y
