What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in back-office operations within a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank, Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field, Proven project management experience leading complex initiatives from inception through delivery, working knowledge of trade flow, settlement, and reconciliation processes across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and cash, Hands-on experience with Geneva (Advent) or a similar portfolio accounting and reconciliation platform, Demonstrated success delivering automation and straight-through processing solutions that reduced manual processing and improved settlement outcomes, Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, robotic process automation, low-code platforms, or scripting languages such as SQL or Python, Familiarity with clearing and settlement utilities, broker and custodian platforms, and prime broker data feeds and integrations, Excellent analytical skills and experience in process re-engineering, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation rule design, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Commitment to the highest ethical standards
