Full Job Description

Functional Responsibilities Provide overall program management, leadership, and oversight for all FMASS task areas. Oversee execution and delivery of financial reporting, audit, data quality, program operations, and financial management support services. Coordinate with AFMS leadership, CORs, and Government stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities, schedules, and funding constraints. Manage staffing, resource allocation, and task prioritization across all labor categories. Monitor contract performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions. Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR. Ensure contractor compliance with contract terms, DOJ policy, OMB guidance, and applicable federal standards. Provide executive-level reporting, metrics, dashboards, and status briefings. Support AFP leadership with respect to legislative, policy, and FOIA matters at the oversight and coordination level, not execution. Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance across contractor teams. Maintain integrated master schedule for deliverables and Government suspense dates (PBCs, quarterly notes, NFR/CAP cycles). Ensure traceability standards are met for all analytical products (source system, extract date, query/report ID, version) Qualifications U. S.
