Must Have
BSA in a related discipline, 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and 3-5 years of experience in a related field
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineer, Construction Management, related degree and/or equivalent work experience, 3 + years of project management experience, 1 + year of construction project management experience, Microsoft 365 - specifically Excel and PowerPoint, Ability to read & understand structural & architectural drawings, Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do.
Oversee rebar project execution from set-up to completion
Provide total contract management of assigned projects
Oversee customer and project team in establishing process steps
Adapt schedules and work tasks accordingly
Communicate project details to customers
Review rebar shop drawings
Direct revision of drawings as needed
Schedule detailing and delivery of products
Answer customer questions
Resolve project problems
Perform special projects
Complete other assigned duties

We do this by being deeply knowledgeable, fully capable, and always dependable, and our associates are the driving force behind this commitment. **Job Summary** Responsible for overseeing the execution of rebar projects from the set-up phase through completion. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities** * Provide total contract management of each project assigned, including coordination of the detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs of products and services. * Oversee the customer and project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project and adapt schedules and work tasks accordingly. * Communicate with customers regarding project details involving detailing, fabrication and delivery issues. * Review rebar shop drawings and direct the revision of drawings as needed. * Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and production team. * Answer customer questions related to assigned projects and resolve any problems that may occur. * Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the support of the organization. **Nature and Scope** * Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
