As Large Deals Project Manager within the PMO, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Vention's large orders—typically high-value, multi-line assemblies built by our operations team for enterprise customers. These projects require rigorous planning, financial tracking, contract discipline, technical change management and proactive customer communication. Reporting directly to the PMO Director, you will operate at the intersection of sales hand-off, operations execution, supply chain, and customer success. Key responsibilities Project delivery ownership * Own the full project lifecycle for large deals: pre-sales involvement, kick-off, scheduling, milestone tracking, shipping, and financial close. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans using Vention's planning tools. * Monitor project health and proactively identify schedule, scope, or cost risks; escalate early to PMO Director and relevant stakeholders. * Maintain project data in the existing reporting tools. * Coordinate closely with the operations and supply ch
