What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Project Manager with experience in commercial construction and renovation, Between two to five years of postgraduate experience, Degree in business management, construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field, Between two to five years of project management experience on projects and programs, communications skills, both verbal and written, ability to supervise team members, Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment, Ability to work in a team environment and independently, Ability to bring innovation to existing processes and procedures, analytical skills with a ability in data visualization, A good understanding of standard forms of construction contracts in Canada, Bilingualism in French/English is required
Nice to Have
Accreditation by PMI or similar professional associations, Previous experience in contract management, Willingness to travel within Quebec and potentially to other provinces
What You'll Do.
Lead design and pre-construction meetings
Participate in construction meetings
Ensure quality control
Implement established processes
Prepare project execution reports
Ensure project monitoring and control
Act as client's primary point of contact
Analyze and validate cost estimates
Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance
Plan and oversee commissioning
Oversee project close-out phase
