What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 years of experience in Project Management within the real estate, construction ideally in office, retail or industrial & logistics fit outs, Experience managing projects across the full project lifecycle, from early concept through delivery and close-out, Understanding of cost management principles, including budgeting, forecasting and cost estimations, Experience working alongside Cost Management, Commercial or Quantity Surveying teams, stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments

Nice to Have

Exposure to MEP systems, particularly HVAC, would be advantageous but is not essential
