Relevant Salesforce/CRM transformation project experience is Wealth Management (WM), SQL skills, hands-on experience with analytic tools like R, visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau

Own release-driven Gantt chart
Ensure releases land according to backlog
Proactively identify project risks
Design mitigation strategies
Chair the Steering Committee
Manage commercial NTE rails

Team & Collaboration
bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution PODs; work with global teams; manage cross-pod dependencies between pods
Communication Scope
translate business requirements into actionable user stories; engage with executive/VP level stakeholders; transparency into budget and project health
Process & Methodology
Agile Governance, Release Management, Risk & Change Management, Steering Committee, NTE (Not-To-Exceed) rails management
