Position Overview The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of complex organizational and IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and successful execution. This role leverages project management, change management, and process improvement expertise to drive efficiency, resource optimization, and strategic results. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm CST Salary Range: $85,000- $105,000 commensurate with experience Location Remote- Must be US based, and able to work with no restrictions in the US in a remote home office. How Project Managers Empower Recovery Project Execution: Manage and deliver complex IT and organizational projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline. Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and EHR integrations. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure projects meet defined goals. Change Management: Implement structured methodologies to prioritize and manage organizational resources effectively. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes. Manage scope changes by documenting, reviewing, and obtaining stakeholder approval. Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, milestones, dependencies, costs, and success criteria.
