What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of hands-on experience in project management, A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and its application within project management, Experience leading an implementation team, leadership capabilities, A quick aptitude for mastering TCP systems and related technologies, Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, Well-developed logical, analytical, and reasoning skills, Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, A comprehensive understanding of technical designs, database structures, and system specifications, Proficiency in software and project management tools, Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight and weekends, Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Nice to Have
A Bachelor’s degree in MIS or a related field, PMP or CAPM certification, Experience working with accounting and/or payroll systems, Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases, Microsoft Server operating systems, cloud-based software solutions (SaaS), and networking
