Must Have
Proven experience delivering technology or digital projects end-to-end, understanding of project management methodologies, Experience operating within structured governance and portfolio delivery environments, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels, problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused mindset, Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners
Nice to Have
Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications), Experience with portfolio reporting tools (e. g. Triskell or similar)

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital projects
Define and manage scope
Operate within Sodexo’s portfolio governance framework
Provide clear updates on project status
Engage and manage stakeholders across business and technology teams
Manage vendors and delivery partners to ensure obligations are met
Proactively identify and manage risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies
Support resource planning and prioritisation
Ensure delivery aligns to Sodexo standards
