Must Have
Proven experience as a Project/Programme Manager in engineering, technology, or infrastructure environments, understanding of project controls including planning, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and risk tracking, Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organisations, Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2, Hands-on experience with project tools such as MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or similar systems, Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and influence outcomes across teams, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field, Professional PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent) is a plus, Experience in product development or customer-facing delivery is advantageous
What You'll Do.
Take full ownership of projects across the lifecycle of planning
Deliver projects on time and within budget by actively managing scope
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering
Ensure projects meet Product Lifecycle (PLP) and commercial governance requirements
including key gates and reviews
Develop and maintain core project artefacts such as WBS
Track performance against baselines
perform variance analysis
and drive corrective actions where needed
Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders and customers
managing expectations and ensuring clear communication
Support bid and tender activities
and commercial inputs where required
Manage external stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual commitments
Drive handover to operations
or manufacturing for smooth transition post-delivery
Promote project governance
