SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Project Manager to join our team supporting the Department of Education’s (DoED) Federal Student Aid (FSA) Cybersecurity and Privacy Support Services (CPSS) in Washington, DC. This position is remote. Responsibilities: Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life cycle of Information Technology projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions designed to meet the project requirements. Determines project needs and acquires resources required for the success of the project. Designs project plans which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. Utilizes Agile methodologies to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects. Defines the project scope and schedule, breaking large projects down into manageable sequences and enabling the team to turnaround tasks faster. Manages day-to-day execution of technical projects across SOC, CDM, CI/CD, and engineering teams. Leads Agile methodology, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos. Tracks milestones, risks, and deliverables across engineering and operations teams. Coordinates with FSA stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals and compliance requi
