Bij Rexel Nederland werk je in een dynamische omgeving met volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden en lever je een directe bijdrage aan een duurzamer Nederland. Zorg jij dat plannen ook écht worden uitgevoerd? Als Project Manager speel jij een sleutelrol in het realiseren van onze transitie. De richting is bepaald, de plannen liggen er en de dynamiek is hoog. Jij brengt overzicht, scherpte en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. In deze rol werk je binnen het Project Management Office (PMO) nauw samen met het PMO-team, de werkstromen en de Transitie Directeur. Jij zorgt dat het niet bij plannen blijft, maar dat er daadwerkelijk geleverd wordt. Je zit dicht op besluitvorming én uitvoering en hebt daarmee zichtbare impact op het succes van de organisatie. Jouw rol Als Project Manager PMO ben jij degene die voortgang afdwingt, structuur aanbrengt en overzicht bewaart. * Beheren van één centrale actielijst en zorgen dat deze continu actueel en scherp is; * Acties concreet maken met een duidelijke eigenaar en heldere deadline; * Actief opvolgen van acties en deadlines (je gaat erachteraan, je wacht niet af); * Vooraf ophalen van statusinformatie zodat meetings efficiënt en doelgericht zijn; * Signaleren waar zaken vastlopen en dit zichtbaar maken en indien nodig escaleren; * Structuur aanbrengen in presentaties en rapportages; * Opstellen van SteerCo-presentaties die scherp, gestructureerd en besluitvormingsgericht zijn; * Zorgen dat meetings draaien om voortgang en besluitvorming, niet om herhaling.
