Full Job Description
**Position: Project Manager** **Location:** Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST) **Job Type:** Full-Time What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is proactive, highly organized, attentive, and naturally anticipates challenges before they arise. The ideal candidate understands that successful project management goes far beyond tracking schedules—it requires actively protecting the health of the project, maintaining strong client relationships, and safeguarding the studio's reputation. This person should be capable of thinking several steps ahead, identifying issues before they escalate, and helping the team stay aligned, accountable, and focused on delivering exceptional work. ### Key Responsibilities * Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and overall project health across multiple active projects * Ensure projects remain on schedule and that internal teams are meeting established deadlines and commitments * Proactively identify potential risks, coordination gaps, scope concerns, staffing issues, and client-related challenges before they become larger problems * Advise the Principal on project risks and recommended solutions early enough to prevent delays, budget impacts, client dissatisfaction, or project failure * Serve as a central point of coordination between designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients * Track outstanding decisions, approvals, RFIs, submittals, consultant coordination items, and action items to maintain project momentum * Facilitate project meetings, document meeting notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed * Support resource planning and workload coordination across the studio * Monitor project progress and team performance to ensure quality and schedule expectations are being met * Assist the Principal in evaluating project performance and identifying areas requiring additional support or intervention * Quality Assurance / Quality Control Responsibilities * Perform QA/QC reviews of
