What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience (4+ years) in IT project management, Experience leading cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external vendors, across the full project lifecycle, Working knowledge managing projects consisting of technology solutions used in the IT industry, including: Office relocations, Email migrations, MS Windows and Server, Cyber Security, Networking, Hardware and storage, Backup and disaster recovery, Virtualization, Public cloud (Azure/AWS) implementations
Nice to Have
PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus, Previous experience working on small, medium, and large-scale projects for customers having up to 3,000 users across multiple locations

Anticipate potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
Quickly address issues or roadblocks that arise during project implementation
Escalate unresolved issues to senior management as necessary
