What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 4 years’ proven experience delivering complex projects within large-scale transformation programs in partnership with a prime System Integrator (SI)., Degree qualified in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)., understanding of SI-led delivery models and enterprise system implementations., Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk in complex environments., Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
Project management certification (e. g. PMP, PRINCE2) desirable., Experience working in global, matrixed apparel, retail, or consumer goods experience desirable.

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of one or more project workstreams within the transformation, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk are effectively managed. The Project Manager will drive disciplined execution, strong governance, and clear accountability to ensure project outcomes are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.
