What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
Nice to Have
Experience with Agile, Scrum, PMBOK methodologies, PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certification, Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, motorsports, defense, mobility, or product development, Familiarity with enterprise systems, PLM, ERP, MES, cloud technologies, infrastructure projects, or cybersecurity, Experience with PPM tools, Understanding of IT project environments, Experience in stakeholder management, Experience in change management practices, Demonstrates leadership skills, Demonstrates team development skills
What You'll Do.
Lead cross-functional DT project teams
Assign roles and responsibilities
Ensure appropriate project staffing
Develop project plans
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Manage project budgets
Drive project execution through all phases
and hybrid methodologies
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Identify project risks
Develop mitigation and response strategies
Support procurement activities
Guide stakeholders through change management processes
Influence adoption strategies
Collaborate with leaders to support strategic roadmap initiatives
Mentor team members on project management best practices
Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied
