What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field, 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management within engineering, urban planning, or infrastructure projects, Proven experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure and master planning projects, Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Nice to Have
Previous experience managing large-scale urban planning and infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC region, Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, understanding of UAE project delivery standards, authority requirements, and approval processes, PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred, Experience working within engineering consultancy environments, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
