What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years related elevator project management and/or construction experience, Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings, High school diploma, Authorization to work in the U. S. now and in the future without sponsorship
Nice to Have
Experience in elevator/escalator industry, Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or business administration preferred or relevant experience

Work closely with sales staff
Work closely with construction superintendents

Perform construction process duties
Manage owner payments

Manage vendor load up
Optimize change order opportunities

Interpret construction contractual documents
