What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business, Health Care Management, Project or Organizational management, or other related field required or commensurate experience, Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role, Experience working with management and technology services, Training in Lean, PDSA, change management
Nice to Have
PMP preferred
What You'll Do.
oversight and successful implementation of organizational projects to include implementations and system upgrades from start to finish
and operational projects
working with project teams
subject matter experts
lead and implement new operational
optimization improvements and facility renovations and enhancement projects
and advises Senior Leadership on implementation risks
and mitigation strategies
Identify opportunities for process improvement to improve the project or workflow while working with the team to create goals
Oversee and manage project plans for enterprise system enhancements and new solution implementations
Assist with developing and tracking project budget
