What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in project management, PM fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management), Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders, Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment
Nice to Have
PMP or equivalent project management certification, Six Sigma Green Belt or process improvement training, Experience managing EMR-related projects (Cerner, Epic, Oracle Health, or similar)
