Must Have
in-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 2, 5 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects, well-versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ) and project management tools - Jira, Pivotal Tracker or other, experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices, understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions, proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers and QA specialists, excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2)
Nice to Have
experience in presales activities, are able to uncover the needs and constraints of a future client and craft a compelling offer, hands-on experience and solid domain knowledge in e-commerce, Product Owner experience, experienced in running courses/workshops/presentations, experience in risk management and creating reports
