We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing projects in the CX domain, with a focus on supporting both scope-based and time-and-material (T&M) engagements. Responsibilities: * Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments. * Handle both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. * Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones. * Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues. * Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking. * Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners. * Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams. * Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders. ## Qualifications * 7+ years of hands-on project management experience, including significant exposure to CX, telecom, or infrastructure-rela
