What You'll Do.
Track orders from purchase through delivery
Update CRM systems with bid activity
Update CRM systems with project status
Update CRM systems with work-in-process
Review project plans and specifications
Develop and manage project schedules
Coordinate equipment procurement
Track long-lead items
Coordinate across Parts
Support overall project execution
Communicate with customers
Communicate with factories
Communicate with internal teams
Distribute submittals
Manage warranty administration
Track service part shipments
Secure order acknowledgements
Pursue warranty reimbursements
Oversee project closeout documentation
Assist with financial tasks
