Must Have
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience, expertise in project and program management, planning, execution, and governance in complex IT environments, Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or ERP transformation programs, Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators in large-scale enterprise initiatives, risk identification, mitigation, and escalation capabilities, Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling, and reporting frameworks, Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment, communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to drive alignment and decision-making, Experience applying structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models), Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, 7+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs in enterprise environments, Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technology initiatives, understanding of IT and business processes, ability to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans, Experience working with senior stakeholders and within structured enterprise governance frameworks
Nice to Have
SAP S/4HANA program experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments, Experience with large-scale digital transformation or ERP modernization initiatives, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, Familiarity with enterprise governance and compliance frameworks
