As a Business Project Manager within our Commercial and Corporate Programme team, you will lead the execution of key change initiatives across 42 locations UK-wide. This exciting role offers the opportunity to deliver transformational projects that shape the future of our business in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. **We will count on you to:** * Manage projects or workstreams end-to-end, delivering business outcomes on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction. * Adhere to project governance, manage stakeholders and project teams, and ensure tasks and deadlines are met. * Maintain and review comprehensive project scope documents, managing any scope changes through formal approvals. * Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks, issues, and share lessons learned for continuous improvement. * Track project status, costs, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle. **What you need to have:** * Experience managing business process projects in a multi-cultural, multi-site environment. * Proven stakeholder management, budget oversight, issue resolution, and escalation skills * Strong people skills and demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion. * Domain knowledge in financial services or insurance preferred. * Excellent communication and business partnering abilities. **What makes you stand out:** * Ability to engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. * Experience preparing project updates for diverse stakeholder groups. * Skill in establishing project governance, managing risks, and dependencies effectively.
