Must Have
BAS degree or equivalent practical experience, 6+ years of experience within an agency or in-house environment, understanding of the creative development process, Hyper-organised and accountable individual, experience working in a dynamic creative space, ability to handle projects of different types and scales, Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, proven experience guiding stakeholders through evolving requirements
Nice to Have
Experience managing marketing campaigns across Japan or Korea

Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production. **Job summary:** We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to power incoming briefs and connect cross-functional teams, turning ideas into impactful creative output. You’ll bring structure, momentum and precision to every project, ensuring seamless collaboration, strong execution and consistently high-quality delivery. **Role: ** * Drive assigned projects from brief through to final delivery, managing timelines, resources and project requirements across social, digital, print and video production. * Support the Creative Business Lead in developing creative briefs, strategic frameworks and campaign rollout plans. * Own the project lifecycle from initial briefing through to final asset delivery and filing. * Clarify project requirements, internalise briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen and refine them where needed. * Partner with internal teams to develop and present ideas visually and in writing, while collaborating with clients to identify the most effective creative solutions. * Manage team tasks, workload allocation and resource planning, maintaining visibility across project scope and priorities. * Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines, meeting schedules and team capacity while ensuring stakeholders remain informed of progress, risks and potential gaps. * Manage and communicate changes to project scope, schedules and costs, escalating issues when required. * Identify opportunities to elevate briefs, unlock stronger creative outcomes and drive better business results. * Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes, workflows and team efficiency. * Thriv
