Must Have
Component localization project experience in OEM, At least 6 years total working experience in a Project Management role, Proven delivery record of completing full vehicle projects, Fluent in oral and written English, Fluent in oral and written German
Nice to Have
Background from the automotive industry and familiar with local and foreign OEM customers, Fluent in oral and written Chinese, Background in PHEV and REEV vehicle development is preferred
What You'll Do.
Leads the team and has responsibility for project deliverables
Supports the sales team to drive business growth
Works closely with the senior management team in China to ensure profitable growth of Magna Steyr business
Support Project timing plan
Moderate the kick-off meeting
Moderate the Technical meeting
Keep all the documents stored in the folder “project handbook”
Report the project status from work progress
and key technical issue status to senior management
Responsible for all relevant deliverables to support milestone reviews
Responsible for data back up and to run lessons learned workshops

Also supports the sales team to drive business growth and works closely with the senior management team in China to ensure profitable growth of Magna Steyr business. **_Main Duties:_** ### Support Project timing plan After receipt of the LOI or a contract, the TPM will support the build of a detailed project plan. The planning follows the defined project milestones and the master timing plan. This master timing plan will be presented in the project kick off to all team members. ### Kick-off meeting TPM will moderate the kick-off meeting. In this meeting the TPM will share with the team all the relevant information for the project work. ### Lead Technical meeting TPM will moderate the Technical meeting. In this meeting the TPM will lead the discussion and make technical decisions when necessary. ### Project handbook In
