And in a recent survey, 89% of Long View team members rated Long View as a good or great place to work! ## A Day in Life Provide direction on program delivery to support our and our clients’ organizational vision Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement within the PMO Act as an escalation point for matters related to our offerings and lead or assist in the development of resolution plans as required Participate in and advocate for cross-branch and cross-practice alignment on project delivery excellence Provide insights on technology delivery as required Champion and advocate for the Long View portfolio of offerings Serve as the project manager and/or scrum master for high profile customers Other duties as assigned ## What You Bring to Long View 8+ years of experience in a program and/or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise projects Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and project teams Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead complex IT projects Ability to produce effective documentation including schedule, budget, scope, and executive le
