The Lightspeed Project Manager owns the end-to-end SaaS onboarding and implementation journey for new and expanding customers. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you will guide dealerships through every stage of the subscription lifecycle—from pre-launch configuration and data migration to go-live and post-implementation optimization. You are a trusted advisor who translates complex SaaS capabilities into tangible business outcomes for our dealer partners. This is a hybrid position that works in the office 2 days per week.
