Combine your passion for construction management and healthy living under one roof while building the career of a Life Time. _**Position Summary**_ As a Project Manager based out of our Corporate Office, you are responsible and accountable for ensuring that each project meets the goal of being first in class, on schedule, at or below budget, safe, and promotes teamwork, communication, leadership and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is the direct point person for the duration of the project with internal and external relationships to ensure the quality of care is executed. **Job Duties/Responsibilities** Safety * Responsible for coaching and adherence of safety program for project team * Support weekly all-hands safety meeting, exemplifying management leadership and passion for Life Times safety program Quality * Enhanced ability to resolve quality issues with owners, designers and subcontractors with a deeper understanding on acceptable tolerances, quality criteria * Publish Lessons Learned and Technical Bulletins on specific trades and specialties * Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with all Life Time construction teams for best practices and lessons learned Cost Control * Effectively train and mentor PM team with financial management * Support the PM team with forecasting costs and strategize solutions * Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with all Life Time construction teams for best practices and lessons learned * Responsible for compiling the GC & GR
