What you’ll do - Plan deployments end-to-end: Create detailed site plans, milestones, dependencies, and checklists. - Run the field rhythm: Lead daily/weekly standups with contractors, facilities/biomed, and hospital IT; unblock tasks and drive decisions on site. - Site readiness & installs: Coordinate surveys, placement, cabling/low-voltage, mounting, labeling, and inventory; ensure EHS compliance and access/permits. - Field readiness: Pre-stage devices, execute commissioning/functional tests, document results, and manage punch lists to closure. - Risk & change control: Surface issues early and manage change orders within SOW. - Documentation & handover: Produce as-builts, acceptance criteria/results, and clean handoffs to Support/CSM; run the 30–60–90 day stabilization checklist. - Vendors & budgets: Coordinate third-party installers and OEMs to SLAs; track actuals vs. plan to protect PS margin.
