What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management, Demonstrated familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation standards, Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced project environments, Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Nice to Have
PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification, or actively pursuing certification, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification, Experience with design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software, Exposure to mission-critical environments including data centers, healthcare facilities, or corporate campuses, Knowledge of sustainable building practices, green building standards, or LEED accreditation
