Must Have
5–8 years’ experience in a Project Management role, Proven experience delivering commercial base build and fit‑out projects, Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project interfaces
Nice to Have
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification beneficial, SACPCMP registration beneficial

Develop and manage project programmes
Coordinate consultants
Lead project governance
and client communication
Manage procurement strategies and contract administration
and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure compliance with health

Oversee design development and change management processes
Monitor construction progress and manage defects and handover processes
