5+ years of relevant experience in project management or construction management, Proven project management experience in real estate development, design, and construction, knowledge of construction projects from initial planning through final completion and closeout, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines, Proficiency in project management software like Procore, Experience developing and managing project budgets, tracking costs, and providing financial reporting, Deep commitment to safety culture with experience implementing and monitoring safety programs on construction sites, organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and maintain detailed records across numerous projects
