What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of project management or construction management experience. Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and building codes. Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Availability for full-time on-site presence. US citizenship is required. Valid driver license.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting secure facility projects or government construction programs. Active security clearance or ability to obtain clearance for defense industry clients.
What You'll Do.
Manage construction and real estate projects from initiation through closeout, serving as the central point of coordination for clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
Oversee building infrastructure, space buildout, and secure facility construction projects, including ICD-705 compliant upgrades and new secure facility buildouts.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budget tracking systems, and risk logs.
Review and process contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality control standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Facilitate project meetings and prepare comprehensive project documentation.
