What You'll Do.
Develop project goals
Support project executives
Establish project goals and success criteria
Build rapport with client representatives
Coordinate due diligence efforts
Develop detailed budget
Act as primary contact with client
Guide client through design implementation process
Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule
Prepare RFPs for vendor and contractor services
Facilitate project kick-off meeting
Track project performance against schedules
Oversee vendor and project team members work
Identify and address areas of concern
Participate in training JLL team members
Demonstrate proficiency in PDS technology
Comply with JLL policies and procedures

Experience in any of the following practices: Retail office interior and high tech company labs **What this job involves:** * Upon award of a project, develop project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets. * Support project executives on all assigned projects and programs. * Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria that meets the client needs. * Build rapport with client representatives and ensure scope of project and outside business forces affecting the project is fully understood and that specific deliverables are fully understood with performance standards and other relevant criteria. * Coordinate any necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of the client, maintaining and delivering all appropriate documentation. * Develop a detailed budget based on historical/market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions. * Act as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of the project. * Guide the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation and s
