Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, Minimum 5-8 years of construction project management experience, At least 5 years on large-scale mixed-use developments, Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at AED 500M+ in the UAE or GCC region, Proven track record delivering complex multi-discipline projects involving coordination of residential towers, retail podiums, and associated infrastructure, Valid UAE driving license
Nice to Have
Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, or equivalent are highly preferred, Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and sequencing for mixed-use developments, Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control systems, knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and international standards, Excellent problem-solving skills with capacity to make sound decisions under pressure, Outstanding communication skills, Arabic language proficiency is advantageous
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day construction operations across all phases from mobilization through handover
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate construction management software
coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure milestone achievement
Establish project governance structures and reporting protocols aligned with client requirements and organizational standards
Serve as primary point of contact between the client
Administer construction contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other applicable contract frameworks
Coordinate with main contractors and specialty subcontractors across multiple building types and systems
Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication channels with all project participants
Enforce quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor site health and safety compliance
