What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field., Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry., Proficiency in project management software, knowledge of project management principles and best practices., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders., Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance., Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
