Full Job Description
itD is seeking a Project Manager to support the Americas cohort of a global Early-in-Career (EIC) sales onboarding program. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a high-quality participant experience while maintaining alignment with global program standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project and program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives in matrixed environments. Location: Hybrid – Raleigh-Durham, NC (RTP Campus). Candidates must be local to the RTP area and able to work onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week. Duration: 24 months We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Americas Early-in-Career sales onboarding cohort. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved. Manage program logistics, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and operational readiness activities. Monitor and report on cohort-specific KPIs, milestones, risks, and program health metrics. Partner with Recruiting, People & Culture, Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Operations teams to drive successful program outcomes. Support program governance through maintenance of decision logs, action items, communication plans, and stakeholder updates. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies to enhance program scalability and AI-era readiness.
