What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or a licensed electrician, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Project experience delivering LV power infrastructure (AC and DC systems), Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders, Experience developing or implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Nice to Have
White Card / HSE certification, Solid understanding of capital and infrastructure project management frameworks and principles (PMBOK), Demonstrated capability in identifying hazards, assessing risk and implementing effective project risk controls, Hands-on experience with Health & Safety and project management tools (e.g. Safety Culture, Microsoft Project, Airtable, Jira, Confluence), Working knowledge of Australian electricity networks (DNSP/TNSP) and applicable electrical design and safety standards including AS/NZS 3000, 3008, 61439, 3017 and 3760, Fostering collaboration, Building customer relationships, Delivering solutions aligned to diverse audience needs, Aligned to quality management systems (ISO 9001)
