Must Have
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or early-stage startup environment, understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and fast-paced product or technology workflows, Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms, Excellent organizational skills with the ability to build systems, workflows, and clear processes from scratch, communication skills and the confidence to hold team members accountable, Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity
Nice to Have
Experience working with distributed or remote teams is preferred, Background in music tech, catalog management, rights management, or media SaaS is a plus
