Proven experience working in early-stage or high-growth tech startups, Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, etc. ), Solid understanding of Agile and sprint methodologies, Ability to lead cross-functional teams and enforce accountability, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Highly proactive, execution-focused, and detail-oriented, ability to identify bottlenecks and adapt workflows independently
