Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Civil, or Mechanical) or a related technical field., Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in project management within the railway signaling, transportation, or a similar complex infrastructure industry., Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget., Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure., Fluent in English, both written and spoken., Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
Nice to Have
A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable., Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
