Advanced project management skills with proven ability to define objectives, manage scope, schedule resources, track timelines, and deliver projects on time and within budget., Experience managing multiple IT projects, priorities, workstreams, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction., Experience with project governance, portfolio reporting, project intake, prioritization, and executive-level status communication., Broad understanding of information technology disciplines, including IT operations, service management, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, automation, and end-user services., Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and coordinating resources across IT, Security, Operations, Finance, HR, vendors, and business teams., Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence., Experience using project metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools to communicate project health, delivery progress, risks, and resource constraints., Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and competing priorities., Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment., 5+ years' experience managing information technology projects.

Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent project management, agile, or IT service management certifications are preferred.
