**_Job Family_ :** Program Analysis (PAN) **_Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Ability to Obtain Public Trust ** _What You Will Do:_ ** * Support coordination of NIH reorganization activities by helping track timelines, action items, and deliverables * Assist with engaging stakeholders across National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institutes and Centers (ICs) by gathering input and supporting meeting preparation and follow-up * Help develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts, tracking logs, and basic documentation * Track multiple workstreams and provide status updates, highlighting any risks or delays to the team * Support updates to policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new organizational structures * Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and working sessions * Conduct basic research and analysis to support understanding of current-state operations and potential improvements ** _What You Will Need:_ ** * A Bachelor's degree or additional four(4) years of relevant experience will be needed in lieu of degree. * Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder. * Minimum Four (4) years of professional experience in any of the following; project management, stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal), records management, compliance, and privacy programs. * Proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Strong attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to track and manage concurrent workstreams, competing deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills to support stakeholder engagement, facilitate working sessions, and clearly convey updates across diverse audiences. * May be required to commute to Bethesda, MD when needed. **_What Would be Nice to Have:_ ** * Demonstrated experience working with NIH Institutes and Centers (ICs) and understanding of NIH governance, operations, and stakeholder landscap
