Your Role Project management staff ensure development projects supporting product services are completed smoothly and efficiently. A Project Manager manages development, identifying and managing the intra team dependencies between the various team functions to ensure that teamwork effort remains feasible and delivers business value. The Project Manager facilitates processes and supports project execution, escalates impediments, manages risk, and helps drive project-level continuous improvement. The Project Manager must work with colleagues to allocate and optimize resources within software projects, including possible 3rd party resources, as well as any additional work that is required. They must have the ability to creatively influence the project pacing and obtain incremental benefits before the project is complete.
